New this year: Bay Street, The Church, & the Cinema team up to present a SPOOKY-PALOOZA DANCE PARTY & COSTUME CONTEST!!! Eat, drink, and be spooky at this party of the season. Not to be missed! This festive event benefits ALL 3 ORGANIZATIONS – come support!
