Personal information is collected only when it is voluntarily provided to us during a transaction or provided in a survey. This information is collected only when it is voluntarily provided during a transaction or completion of a registration/survey. Transactions include purchase of tickets or merchandise, donating, becoming a member, and signing up for our weekly newsletter.

The Church does not sell your personal information. Information collected will be used for the purpose it was collected (Completion of Purchase, Membership Sign up/Renewal, Donation tracking, etc.) We may use information collected to create mailing lists for special events, programs, or offerings we think may be of interest to you. Lists generated are internal to The Church community and not sold to third party sites for advertising.

Our presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, may also collect information. Our Privacy Policy extends to this information as well. In addition, these third-party social networking platforms have their own privacy policies which outline their usage and protection of your information. Information collected on our end from Third Party sites depends on your privacy settings on their platforms.

MEMBERSHIPS, DONATIONS, & PURCHASES

When you purchase a ticket, merchandise, or a membership or donate to The Church online, we will ask you to provide us with the information to process your purchase and/or acknowledge your contribution. This information includes your name, billing and mailing addresses, telephone number, email address, and credit card information. All purchases made online are sent to our third-party payment processers, for a secure payment with fraud detection. In the event that a purchase is rejected by our website please contact us at info@thechurchsagharbor.org or call us as (631) 919-5342. 

We will retain your personal information for our records; however, we do not store credit card numbers. You may opt to store your credit card information through the third-party payment processor. 

Memberships enrolled in auto-renewal
By choosing auto-renewal for your membership, you authorize The Church to automatically charge the credit card provided on an annual basis, at the price for the membership you have chosen. 

Members enrolled in the auto-renewal program will be notified by email prior to the annual charge. If you change your mind about auto-renewal, you can cancel at any time prior to the renewal date by emailing info@thechurchsagharbor.org or calling (631) 919-5342.

MAILING LISTS AND NEWSLETTERS
The Church provides all visitors the opportunity to subscribe to our mailing list. Subscription to the mailing list does not equate to a membership. The Church uses a third-party host to issue newsletters and target specific mailings. The third-party host only uses your information for the Mailings we authorize to send to you. You may unsubscribe at any time. Please be advised that unsubscribing from any of our mailings will unsubscribe you from all future mailings. The Church is not authorized to add you back to our mailing list in the event you wish to resubscribe. Those interested must resubscribe through the third-party host.
