Fiscal Sponsorship
Exciting News! In January 2024, the Museo Morandi in Bologna, Italy will be mounting an exhibition of Mary Ellen Bartley’s project Morandi’s Books, in which her work will be shown alongside the paintings of Giorgio Morandi. The exhibition continues the museum's tradition of exhibiting contemporary artists like Rachel Whiteread, Tacita Dean, Catherine Wagner and Wayne Thiebaud in dialogue with Morandi.
In order to make this possible she is seeking help producing this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. As you have been an important part of her journey so far, she is grateful for any ongoing support you may be able to provide.
The Church has come aboard as a fiscal sponsor as Morandi’s Books was further developed during Bartley’s artist residency here in 2022. Gifts may be directed to The Church for your convenience and tax-deductible benefits. Please see below for ways to give.
After you make your donation you will receive an Acknowledgment Letter from The Church and Mary Ellen’s team will reach out to you regarding your choice of prints!
