Relax. Receive. Create.

Take a restorative sound journey for the body, enter a quiet space for the mind, and accept the invitation to reconnect with the creative self with Stephanie Joyce. The certified yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and artist invites attendees to enter an immersive sound experience as she guides them to a place where creativity can flow naturally without judgement or expectation. Participants should bring their own yoga mats, blankets, and/or pillows for comfort as well as a sketchbook or notebook.

Beginning with a sound bath of resonant gong, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, bells, chimes and other instruments from around the globe Stephanie creates an atmosphere of relaxation. From there participants will be guided to a more intuitive state before quietly transitioning to an opportunity to connect to their creativity.

There is no need to be an artist. The Focus is on process rather than product—allowing colors, shapes, words, textures, and ideas to emerge intuitively.

ABOUT STEPHANIE JOYCE

Stephanie Joyce is an artist and certified yoga and meditation teacher who brings together mindfulness, creativity, movement, and sound to create meaningful experience for individual and communities.

Through her own mindfulness practice, Stephanie discovered a deeper, more embodied way of being in the world—one rooted in presence, connection, and creative expression. Inspired to share these practices with others, she has led yoga, meditation, sound healing and creativity programs for organizations including the Community Mindfulness Project in Connecticut, IB Global Conferences, Columbia University Hospital’s Integrative Healing Program, The Retreat, Silvermine Arts Center, The Watermill Center, and Inspirica Shelter.

Stephanie received her BFA from Parsons School of Design and exhibits her artwork in the US and in Europe. She has studied yoga, meditation, and sound healing at the Omega Institute, Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Yoga Shanti, and Parmarth Niketan in India.

Drawing from these diverse traditions and her background as an artist, Stephanie creates immersive experiences that invite participants into a state of deep relaxation, presence, and creative flow.
