Join Josh Pais, actor, teacher, and creator of Committed Impulse, for a radically liberating, laugh-out-loud, full-body journey into what he calls “Creative Invincibility” – a state where your fear, self-doubt, or overthinking can’t hold you back anymore. This is not a lecture or a performance; it’s an embodied, hilarious, heart-opening experience. Under Pais’ guidance, participants will move, breathe, and play as they shake off the layers of resistance holding them back. The movement portion is as vigorous or passive as you choose. Anyone at any age, in any physical body, can take part as long as they’re open to feeling fully alive.
Raised by a physicist who worked with Einstein and a mother who was a painter and poet, Pais cracked the code on accessing true presence—and has helped thousands of artists, entrepreneurs, speakers, and performers reclaim their edge. With Creative Invincibility, you’ll be able to do your best, most inspired work – no matter what your mind is saying or how insecure, nervous or anxious you might feel in the moment. It’s a practice that helps you connect more deeply with yourself, your audience, and your creative power.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing to move in, bring water, and be ready to laugh, feel, and wake up new parts of themselves.

Josh Pais is a master of presence — on screen and in real life. A celebrated actor with over 150 film and TV credits, you’ve seen him in The Dropout, A Man in Full, Younger, Ray Donovan, High Maintenance, and as Raphael in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Behind the scenes, Josh has worked alongside Hollywood legends like Meryl Streep, Robert De Niro, Joaquin Phoenix and Edward Norton. Josh is the founder of Committed Impulse, a groundbreaking training born from his own acting process that has since become a “secret weapon” for thousands of top entrepreneurs, artists, doctors, lawyers, public speakers, and creators of all kinds. His work helps people break free from the tyranny of overthinking and drop into a state of embodied, spontaneous brilliance. Born to a theoretical physicist who worked alongside Einstein and a poet-painter mother, Josh grew up at the intersection of intellect and intuition. That lineage lives in his work—a rare blend of grounded technique and spiritual aliveness.
Josh’s new book, Lose Your Mind: The Path to Creative Invincibility, will be published this fall by Penguin Random House + Hay House (Sept 30, 2025). Available for pre-order now.
